Deliveries are made between 2 PM and 9 PM. You will receive a text message with an estimated delivery time before your order arrives. If you need a specific timeframe, please include it in the delivery instructions at checkout.
No, we have already added oil to the seasoning sauce, so there’s no need to worry about sticking on your pan or pot.
Yes! Many of our meal kits allow you to customise the protein. Simply select mushroom as your protein option when ordering. Additionally, each menu indicates whether it can be made vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian, so you can choose a meal that fits your dietary preferences.
Yes, stove heat levels vary by household. Our recipe is a guide to make cooking simple. Adjust the heat or cooking time to suit your taste:
- If it tastes plain, cook longer or use higher heat.
- If it’s too salty, add water, lower the heat, or reduce the cooking time.
- Fresh meal kits: Best consumed within 5 days of delivery.
- Frozen meal kits: Can be stored in the freezer for 1 to 3 months.
For refrigerated kits, if you can’t finish them in time, we recommend cooking the ingredients before the best-before date.
If you need longer storage, we recommend purchasing our frozen meal kits, which are designed for freezer storage and maintain their quality for 1 to 3 months.
You can freeze our fresj meal kits, but please note that freezing in a standard freezer may affect the flavour and texture.
Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order or contact us via our website or Instagram DM. We will inform you if we can accommodate your allergy needs. However, some items, like gochujang (Korean chili paste) or doenjang (Korean soybean paste), contain wheat, soy, and barley, which are integral to the fermentation process and cannot be substituted.
