Delivery Instructions

Delivery

Deliveries are made between 2 PM and 9 PM.

  • If you need delivery at a specific time, please include your preferred timeframe in the delivery instructions at checkout.
  • You will also receive a text message with an estimated delivery time before your order arrives.

Order Placement:
Place your order before 12am to be eligible for next-day delivery, depending on your postcode. You can select your preferred delivery date during checkout.

Delivery Fee:
A delivery fee based on your location will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
  • If no one is home and no delivery instructions are provided, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the package.
  • Fresh food products should not be left outside for more than 2 hours.

Cancellations:
All meal kits are freshly prepared to order. Cancellations are not available on the selected delivery date.
